Lost Craft Window

My friend somehow lost her crafting window on side of screen some were and cant pull it back out.

is there hot key to bring back up,

Steps Taken

Shut down Java/Game
Minimize Screen
Try to recraft

Craft window keeps popping off Screen any ideals to get it back..

Are you using a third party client? It would be my guess as every time you open a craft window in the default client, it always comes back to the exact same place, which is in the top-left quadrant.

If you are using a third party client (Enders, BD), you need to go to your user/salem directory and delete the windows.conf file if I recall right.
