They're definitely in game and spawning as they should, they're just meant to be rarish. We cooked up thousands of bricks before getting the one we need. Instead of everyone having bad luck... I think grapefruit was just uber lucky.

Looking back at it, those bricks are roughly 1 per 1000 normal bricks made, though thanks to RNG you might get some in a row or none for some time.

I'd recommend buying the first brick and then getting more while making bricks for the wall.

In fact one is enough, 1 s&g brick costs about same as 3 personal claims, 1 brick = 1 gate, 1 pc = 1 gate, so you can see the math. This way you also can keep the bricks you'll get for initial cornerposts of other brickwalls or simply sell them. However making 3 holes in your brickwall would take couple of hours, so it's up to you to decide whether you want to save time or money and/or s&g bricks.
