Most efficient inspirationals?

Is there a guide out there for efficent inspirational use? like im looking at leveling arts and crafts, so just abunch of strawmen for my nooby level? something like that.

There was a post a while back where you could put in inspirationals and it shows you the optimal usage for them with minimum insp waste, if you do a bit of a search i'm sure you could find it.
