Does anyone know if the fear that bears put on you does percent dmg or flat dmg?

It doesnt do damage at all, it will drain your black bile, the higher the fear debuff, the more black bile drain.

right, just replace the dmg with drain then. Does each "tick" of fear drain % bb or a flat amount of bb? I know the drain increases with the amount of fear represented by the dynamic fear bar.
