Disease help!

Hi guys, now im suffering from some disease after visiting the town, according to help I need some kind of strange medicine that i have no clue where to get, is there any way i can cure myself in town in exchange of money or something?

I dont quite get what is going to happen once the disease bar is full, Ill be doomed to die or something??

Hey, there is a "?" symbol in the interface called help, and a rat icon called Diseas and Plagues which opens the very first time you get sick
