What they did isn't a crime. Crime is only punished when they commit a crime and drop a scent that you can track and take evidence. You can then turn the evidence over to the judge and put them in the stocks or you can summon them outside their base and kill/maim.

Sorry, but coughing on someone is not considered a crime. You're responsible for your own well-being when it comes to either taking preventive measures or avoiding getting too close to sick individuals, or curing yourself when you do get diseased. If you need help though, you can access the disease popup that should have appeared when you did get sick the first time by going to the ? section on the lower right of the client. You can also look on the wiki where there is some good information about disease and how to cure it, or if you're on Providence, I know there is a trade thread by SkyCardis, who will diagnose and cure you for free. Remember that in accepting cures from other players, you risk witchcraft; you'll have to make a judgement call there.

Yeah, the most you can do is keep track of who was responsible through memorizing them/remembering who that is, and avoiding them in the future and anything else you find appropriate.

Not that I would advocate assault or murder over you getting one little fever.
