Pectin Prison requirements?

It does not appear under my Inspirations sections. The wiki says is Simple Cooking, but I have it, so wiki is wrong.

Does anyone know the real requirements? It would be really helpful...

Should be under Toys. I see it there for me, but I don't know if it is due to another skill in addition to Simple Cooking.

If you are kind enough to list your skills it would probably answer the matter. The lack of this inspirational is locking my skills.

That's a lot of skills to type out, it's probably related to the basic cooking, bug-related, or medicinal skills. Also I've never made one, so what is it blocking you from getting?

It was Inspiration economy. But I took Bug Hunting and it worked. Problem solved
