Weird chat message....

Hey all, so I was out starting my new character and I was building my new base and all. I clicked up my chat and saw these series of messages.

Putting the image up doesn't seem to be working..

Anyone have any clue what is going on? I didn't see this person and this was all in the local area chat.
Glazed eyes of my enemies, does being fiercely gourded hurt?

it is a Custom Client function known as "Highlighting" with that you can highlifght other people in a flashing green color, doesnt work on main client.
