Torchpost question

If I build a torchpost on my friend's claim which I have full permissions to, will it defend her claim or does she have to build it herself since she is the claim owner?

Torhposts don't have "friendly" indicators if you commit crimes on their pclaim and you don't have perms it will shoot regardless of who built it.
