How to rotate camera with mac mouse?

Hi guys, is there a way to rotate the camera on a mac mouse? It doesn;t have the wheel, so holding down the 'middle button' is impossible. I cannot get past the quest where you need to feed Nubs, unless someone has a way to feed him without rotating the camera? he's being blocked by the tree unfortunately.
