unable to log in certain characters

Hi, i have several characters and for some reason i cannot log two of them in as from this morning, infortunatly, they are my main character and my wifes main character. \our other characters log in without issue. The two characters are in character selection screen, but once clicked on, the programme goes no further.

Any help would be greatly apreciated.

It's because Popham is down at this moment.
You could log in characters on Providence.
