Repairing a stone hedge segment?

I read on the wiki that it requires 50 granite, but the repair icon in adventure menu doesnt start the action? Am I missing something?

Click on 'Repair' and then click on the thing you want to repair. Make sure you have the needed repair material in your inventory.
