Insanity isn't the problem. It is easy to manage with playing the game. madness however will be harder to deal with depending on your situation.

It's not meant to be convenient. If there was a scale for insanity, you'd be able to micromanage it and never have to worry about madness at all. That's not how we want it to work. You do have a whole 10 levels of madness before you die.

That's pretty funny because with a teddy bear and hookah you never have to worry about madness at all...
