If you get sick on this new server is quite impossible to get medicines...Even harder if you are alone...
Medicines should be in stalls...

It quite easy to avoid getting sick, if you don't want to deal with curing yourself just don't put your self in a situation where you are likely to get sick.
Also none of the cures are that hard to get and with how few uses you usually need to cure a disease you shouldn't have that much problem keeping yourself well even if you decided to squat in a rats nest for the week.
