Homesteading and Friends

I have about 8 friends all playing Salem on the Jamestown server. We currently have all out lean-to's in one spot and loving it, but now we're at the stage where we can homestead. I was trying to figure out how this all works. Does one of us Stake a Claim and and the rest of us can somehow teleport their and create our things on the homesteader's land? If so, how?

You guys can have your own claims, share the same claim, or get a town claim later. If you decide to make your claim far away, then everybody will have to walk there.

Only new characters can teleport to a homesteaded player claim with the 'call of the wild' buff after learning survival skills.

Forgot to mention, once the claim stone is erected the owner of the claim can assign permissions to different colours that will coincide with the colors of the people in your buddy list.
