Fart?

Hmm I guess my little pilgrim farts every few minutes (and thus stopping actual task).
Anyone knows what is the cause and how to get rid of it?

If it's actually a fart, it's an effect of a laxative you took. If you didn't take any, it could be a disease symptom. Do you have a diseased symbol (rat) on the top left?
