I have spent so much time in the tutorial trying to find smooth stones so I can study. I have tried twice but could not spend that much time seaching. i searched the area again and again and even climbed into the mountain area but could not find enough smooth stones. Found a lot of Flint but after gleaning the smooth stones at first none seemed to replenish. how do i get out of the tuturial? It wouldnt even let me save it? THAT IS A PAIN. I am wiling to try again but what am I doing wrong?

The tutorial is not designed as a permanent safe haven rest stop along your way to the real world - it's just a tutorial. Follow the tutorial steps that are laid out for you and you will be able to exit the tutorial and begin your journey in the real world. Until you are finished with the tutorial, you have not even made a server selection for your character, so it doesn't yet exist as such, so no you cannot save it. If you sillily used up all of the available resources before completing the tutorial steps then you deserve what you get ... be a little less exploity next time and just follow the tutorial and take it as a lesson learnt :P

You don't need smooth stones in the tutorial just use other inspirationals.

smooth stones can be used in one of the first insp. to get past the tutorial but not absolutely needed. Even if you use the one insp. you can make there all you need is one stone. If you can't find one, chose another insp. to make to complete the tutorial. Its quite simple.
As if I care.
