are you tresspassing?

If you are knocked out while tresspassing on someone's claim they will stay knocked for 24 hours. Unless claim's owner comes and sends you home... or murders you.

One of two things will happen, either in 24 hours, your character will respawn at your claim "or" if the owner of the land comes along he, can either send you home or kill you if he has murder.

Don't forget anyone with murder willing to leave a scent can do the killing. Not just the owner.
