Torches?

Ok the nooob again lol, I have the coaling skill but still dont see a way to make a torch? There is no option for me to make one?

There is another skill now, "torches". See if you can learn it.

Thank you. Now let me ask you how can I tell how many points I have invested in a proficiency? I can see red lines and the number says 0-800 but how do I know how many points are in said proficiency?

The bar over the red line will be filled depending on how many points are in it and it will say x/800
