"Already logged in"

Ive been trying for about 30 minutes to log back in but it keeps saying Im already logged in... How do I fix this?

I'm getting this a lot also, you need to go into 'Start 'Task Manager' and then into 'Processes' and then end the Java process that's keeping you logged in.
