Hello, today i did log in and found my Ore Smelter 88% broken, i did build it something like 4 days ago so..is it normal? Or someone vandalized it?

Is it on claim? If not it can decay over time. Also if someone vandalized it, there would be scents which you can see by turning on the tracking action in your adventure menu. You can then track the criminal to his claim, or stock him for a fee

Was it built on claimed land, of not, than it's normal that it decays.

I think decay happens in random ticks. Seems like you got very unlucky with the ticks and it decayed quickly. I would recommend putting buildings on claim as they can decay and it is hard to repair.

Yup. I think if the claim isn't paid things will decay however, but there was a change to this a while back and I cannot recall if this is true anymore.

Nothing will decay on a dead claim either now I believe I found this logging on to a forgotten alt
