Just started playing, game not loading

Hey I just started playing this game and The screen is not loading in the beginning of the game when I click on the boat after character creation. I just stays like this.. theres no errors and the music keeps playing. Anything I can do, I already tried re-installing the game.

Typically the default client will get through a loading screen after the resources you are trying to download are achieved. Alternatively, there are a few custom clients that you can download from the forums that I believe handle the cacheing of resources different and tend to work differently when it comes to loading screens.

Could you show me the direction of these clients? I really wanna play.
