It is a crime?

Postby mrvictorgreen » Sun May 10, 2015 9:29 pm

Hello,
I had previously played only a little in 2013. Please tell me what is legal and what is not.

It is a crime to destroy the claimstone?
I found in wiki this: "All claims need upkeep of 4 + ('number of claimed tiles' / 300) per day. The claim stone can hold upkeep money for two months. The claimstone can be destroyed after the upkeep money runs out." How to check money on it, if it is not my claimstone? This is a crime to destroy claimstone which does not belong to me?
Can I somehow to capture not my claimstone if money runs out?

If it is not yours, you can just attempt to destroy it, but you will leave a Tresspassing crime.

You can destroy a Claimstone if it has no silver inside, It is a crime to destroy a claimstone that does not belong to you.

Claimstones can be "captured" if you place a village border over a claimstone and use eminent domain skill. To do this The towns authority must be x2 higher than the Sqm of the claim it wish's to capture. The bell must also be full of silver (x2 the amount of the claim) as you pay x2 the lands sqm to capture it, and 50% of the fee (The claims sqm, (silver it cost to expand)) goes directly into the claim owners bank account when captured.

For players who wish to play with just a claimstone without the threat of being captured by another player/village using eminent domain they must expand to a minimum 102x102 (51x51 from claimstone) so that eminent domain cannot be used, as they will be unable to expand any village over the claimstone..
