Dropped all my money =S

So i was going to drop my canoe in the water, when i got some lagg and accidently dropped my bag of money instead. Is it possible to get it back? Or just tough life?

I want to mention, that it's not too difficult to make a tweak in custom client to restrict players from doing things mentioned above.

I also want to mention that it's even easier to just not do it.

Would that be with or without being able to pick silver out of it ?

There already is an option in Latikai's client to remove it from the upper north bar, which I use for a couple items.
