How high Thread & Needle?

I was wondering if there is a cap to "Thread & Needle" where all the clothes you craft has 0 difficulty?
Or some optimal value where the difference is not so big anymore.

There will always be a chance to get higher than 0 difficulty, even if you had 100,000 thread and needle.

60,000+ is a good start.

sipo is 750+ and even he has some chance of not crafting 0 difficulty
