Raging Bullhead

i haven't seen the raging bullhead in the fishing net in these days and couldn't catch them with a fishing rod quite so long.
i guess it happened after the March's patch. Did anyone get them after the patch? Should i find some place where i can catch?

I found one in my fishing net today so I think you just need to find a spot where you can catch them

It has been said that fish migrate, so a place where you could've caught them before might not contain them for a while. Move your traps and fish elsewhere, they're still there likely I remember when all my traps flipped out and started catching fish I didn't want instead of what I'd already tuned their position for.
