Can't select female character at start

It's more a problem that there's a giant building blocking me from clicking her, and i can't find the controls to move my camera around. I've clicked literally everyone on my keyboard and nothing does it :/

Middle mouse button?

Holding middle mouse button and dragging should work. If you don't have a middle mouse button, this custom client http://forum.salemthegame.com/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=7681 should allow you to hold down both L and R mouse buttons instead.

oh...well that sucks, my old mouse was broken so I've been using a trash one recently that doesn't have a scroll wheel, just left and right click. I can probably use my brother's though, ty for help.
