Its happens when i try to study the Perfect Autum Leaf and that message appears

This means that studying that item would consume more than your maximum black bile. The way to fix this would be to raise your maximum black bile.

Not sure why but when i have had this. i study a lesser item and then eat to full black bile and i can then study the original item.

Perfectly normal. The amount of Black Bile drained is proportional to the number of points gained. As you studied a lesser items it filled some of your prof bars and studying the better inspirationnal is less effective (as it will cap your prof bars). Thus it consumes less black bile. Horrendous explanation I did. Go on the wiki.
