From the Wiki " You can 'Share Dining Experience' with Jordan Gramsey while you have a Full and Fed Up debuff, and if your session points are in the top 10, you get a reward of an Absurdly Large Cookie. "

Can someone explain session points? Like how do the Top 10 get to 30,000 session points? Is that accumulative? Is there a multiplier?

You get points every time you get a gluttony point during a session. If you raise your bile from 5 to 6 you get 6 points. If you raise it from 500 to 501 you get 501 points. It is multiplicative with gluttony points bonus as I gain more humours. So if you have 12 gluttony points and reach 13 by going from 498 humours to 500, you would gain 1000 points.
Your points are reset to 0 after beginning a new session.
