Jamie Oliver's shard?

Are pottery shards supposed to add +500 culinary?

I don't recall seeing any artifact give this high of a bonus.

Fixing.

I did that on test server because I was lazy and didn't want to make another cooking set of gear as mine got blown up to a bug. Unfortunately it ported to live server.
