Invalid password

Both my wife and i play salem. We both played before the wipe, I kept playing, but my wife stopped for a while. now she wants to play again, but it wont let here transfer her account to the new forum and it wont let her play the game, it says password invalid. she went on to paradox forums and tried changing here password there, but then it said to click some icon and it would transfer the new password to the meta server. only problem is the icon doesnt work. please help so she can play again. if you need her user name let me know. thank you.
