Lost clothes and keyring after being KO'd?

Postby skiylaroso » Thu Sep 11, 2014 4:46 pm

Is this a normal thing? I lost a lot of my clothing and my keyring when I got KO'd by another player, is this meant to happen, and if so, how do I take stuff like this from other players as well?

Edit: They were all equipped.

While you are KO'd everything on your character can be stolen. You can do this by clicking l3wt on a KO'd player (provided you have the larceny skill).

Aye, it's one of things that attracted us to Salem, but when fighting we couldn't seem to loot people and figured we had to actually permakill people to take their items. But now we know Larceny is needed, we're going for that straight away.

Doing that leaves clues which other players can use to permakill you. While your offline. give some thought to what your trying to do. Because your putting a timestamp on your character the instant you do it.

edit:

wont name anyone, but a certain "Canoeguy" was it who caused all this, we had a group of new players with a old building as "living" preparing to be moving to make a new town, so this guy was standing at our Building griefing us by killing us and stealing our backpacks, a unknown player came up to him picked up the evidences and moved to boston, called some friends and they tracked "canoeguys" City, destroyed everything he had and trapped him in a Mining Building for hours till he came Crying to Boston giving us back our losses "if we call back our friends"...
