Thank you for a direct name of a food. As I said I don't have agriculture yet so I'll have to buy some myself but at least I know what I am looking for now. I was thinking of trying to make some Autumn Delights because if I am reading the chart right, that has yellow bile too but I am inept at reading this chart.

What the previous guy was trying to tell you was that you need to read up on how Gluttony works. Once you understand that, reading the humor charts will be simpler. It's all well and good for someone to say "eat this", but that's not really good advice as it only gets you a very short distance. There's an old saying: "Give a man a fish, and you will feed him for today. Teach a man to fish, and he will never go hungry again." Some of us would rather teach you to fish than have you stringing along on one small morsel of advice after another. (The question is: do you want to learn to fish or do you just want to subsist on others' crumbs?)

I'm pretty sure there's a good Gluttony guide around, either here or on the wiki. I'll see if I can dig it up.

Anway you should wait until you can farm / kill Bears because there are a lot better YellowBile Items , and Food like Wortbaked Warbite or Autumn Delight need a lot of Time to get craftet
