Can I increase the rate that I gain inspiration? Currently I gain 0.78/s and my cap is 288,000. What are some ways to get my inspiration rate per second to increase?
Also, I have 5.0 gluttony levels, is there a way to increase those?

There are a few ways to get your inspiration to come back faster.
The first is to learn the skils literacy, formal education, and logic.
The next would be to get your hands on some inspiration potions which give you large chunks. First one is unlocked with the skill folk medicine.
The final way is simply increasing your black bile. Black bile increase by gluttonying foods.
