Enders client not running, i need map tools

basically enders client just runs the updater, tells me no updates need to happen and stops there , i got no new .exe or anything of the sort

im on windows 7 , fully updated java

anyone have a client that works or a quick step by step i followed the beginer guides with no avail to install ender

i need a map tool so i can begin graphing the areas around my homestead, im also looking for partners holla at me

Did you run the update.jar from here?

I was having similar issues until I did that and things have been smooth ever since.

It starts of running the check list, no update found like 3-4 times, then a error screen happens

Try deleting the gluegen-rt.jar file and running it again.

Deleting all the files and running the updater.jar from the github page did the trick for me. The file from the topic itself didn't work. Same OS & latest Java versions.

Thank you! I deleted both files with glugen in them in my salem folder, ran a fresh updater , it reinstalled the files i deleted and then some correctly, ran on its own first try

I was about to delete the entire Salem folder but deleting the glugen files seemed to work , thanks for your response im sure it would have worked just as well
