Compost bin and turkey purity

use higher purity materials to make your alchemy kits and the tick time is reduced.
as such your chicks and or hens should be able to survive easily.

Can anyone confirm that increasing the purity of tubes makes them tick faster? Because I attempted a pure pressure cooker and it ticked after an hour anyway.

i have to say i cannot confirm it, but so far in my more pure alchemy lab they do survive most of the time when it ticks. (assuming im on time)

null to 1% purity takes the most time for alchemy... 4 hours easy before you see any difference. That time decreases as they assume one dominant purity. I saw a change from 6 to 7% from unburned garden pot in the pressure cooker in as little as 1 hour (as example); but times will flux to some extent.

Be aware as you get more pure...and/or if you start from a pure state the time for the first change will be exponentially less.

Best to start from at least 1% state for chicks if not more if you are concerned about their survival (and your table/stove not going 'poof')

Old world- rumor was that your feed could affect purity of your produce; but it had to be a magnitude higher than chicks inside. Considering how much feed a coop requires- your feed to unlikely to be anything but tier 2-3 pumpkins... lots constantly.

As we can now find purity turkeys to start- I have not tested whether feed matters. Certainly null feed has not reduced the purity yet. The materials you build the coop out of are immaterial. Was old world- and I have seen/heard nothing to indicate there is any difference.


NOTE: as it is now- you don't need 2-4 coops to develop every element at once... based on hens purity. If feed does matter- that would be BIG news. Do tell!
