im new so wondering if i come across a house on a develped land buts it vacated can i claim the land and house with a new writ. thanks

you might need to destroy the old claimstone though (you are able to do so if it is not upkept)

braziers will only fire from criminal acts: if you don't have them enabled there is no way to get them to attack you (possibly short of combat, but I'm not even sure about that one)
