characters missing

loged on 21/02/2014,and my character is missing so i checked my account and all my characters are misssing,only option i get is to make a new one,,not happy is this a bug cos of new patch and how can i get my character back,to much time and effort gone in to it,to just lose it for nothing or is that i,its gone and nothing can be done would be shame as i would not start again for fear of this happing again until game was proply finished,in other words its a shame but games done for me pls help as i would like to keep playing.

there was a full wipe, announced feb 5, implemented today.
