Middle mouse wheel !help!

My middle mouse wheel is broken and i'm looking for an alternative method of quickly filling a build sign.
Any ideas?

I found this script for AutoHotKey (free) http://www.autohotkey.com

I installed AutoHotKey and tested the script. Instructions are in the comments of the script. It works using the +,- keys on the numpad (with Scroll Lock enable)

edit to add: Scroll Lock toggles the script on and off. Therefore, you can use your Numpad keys normally until you need the script activated by enabling Scroll Lock.
