French didn't ruin much of germany in ww1, aside from the treaty of versailles. Most of german/french fighting in ww1 was fought on french soil. You should refreshen your history knowledge a bit.

Having a global military force of 300,000 highly trained and modern equipped soldiers, plus their ridiculous navy and political ties to Spain. England had some 96,000 men strong globally, a battered Navy, a chicken **** named Lord nelson to supress the rebellion and only 40,000 softened veterans who hadn't seen combat in over a decade to deal with a contigent population over two and a half million citizens.

France arrived at pretty much the end of that war, too. Just like the murricans took credit for the win in ww2.

The revolution was a mere proxy war for France, another place to go take a **** on England, nothing more.

As for WWII sounds like someone forgot about the Empire of Japan, never forget:

Americans tend to think that they´ve had a great influence on the WW2, it was the Sovjet Union who did the most of it by far.
