Where is Claeyt and his posts about strange things in Europe now? :)

Looks like in Europe still are people that believe in true values, not in stupidity, political correctness and lifestyle fashion proclaimed and spread by US :)

Meh, it's only really anti-EU. It's not like it's rabid anti-homosexual racists who are now in the EU parliament.

I've never been a huge supporter of the EU honestly. Any union of government that doesn't have a central bank, ability to stop a section or state of it from choosing to use some parts of it's government or monetary system but not others and also doesn't stop countries from leaving it whenever they want isn't really a great source of government. It's really just a trade and labor treaty expanded to all facets of EU life. I suppose you could argue that it's a state of mind or European mindset of some kind but it's too weak to really do anything.

....and hasn't Poland benefited the most out of anybody darnok? Your standard of living is well above most of Eastern Europe and Russia now because of your EU membership.

Cultural norms aren't going to change just because conservative parties won EU parliamentary elections. I don't think you guys really get it. You can't take away or go back in any way to the days when homosexuals didn't have rights, when women couldn't vote or when there were no immigrant communities in your countries. It's not how it works. All of these things can never be taken away under the political systems in place, only expanded and grown. To get rid of them you'd have to support some form of neo-fascist state without democracy like where Russia is heading. Either that or some form of nationalistic party with the greater social and cultural well being of the individual nations at it's heart. You could call it 'National Socialism' ...or something like that.

All that being said. I don't see the EU staying together in my lifetime. They'll maintain some of the trade and labor connections but I doubt it will be as strong as it is now.

We(as a Poland) would be probably in the same state(maybe a bit less) without having to make millions of debt. Well everybody has a debt now, reset incoming!

And i'll agree with Jorb, if they take our money, just to give it back on some "investments" but to get that cash we have to make a debt and they can steal some part of it, whats the point?

National Socialism?

We will see how is that leaving part works for France :)

Germany took most money, Poland lost milions because of EU. Stupid regulations made our industry to stop or go back, we have to import more **** from Germany than we need to. EU is basicly peaceful way to create super-country, with same rules like Hitler wanted to, only difference is that he was using force.
Try to search what was Hilters ideas about his empire and compare it with EU rules :)

I think you don't get it, cultural norms are different in every country and are created by majority of people not by minorities :)
Nobody wants to take away rights from homosexuals it is only TV saying that bs, I think conservative parties just wants to bring back democracy, where majority make rules not miniorities. Of course they have rights to vote but democracy works in way that most votes wins.

If you come in my house I won't let to move my furniture, TV or laptop because you say it is wrong for you.
Same thing should work with immigrants if they come to Poland they should learn about it, not change it as they like. If you don't like our culture and rules you have over 120 other countries where you can go and try to build your home there nobody stops you and nobody will say bad word about you.

I think we would be little better, EU took huge taxes for their "help" and most of that help went to German companies that are working in Poland, only few % from bilions of euro went to medium and small sized Polish companies.

And stupid regulations killed free market just like in US... when everybody pays taxes and some part of that taxes is given to largest comapnies to prevent them from falling it is no longer free market but socialism. We can see that clearly in US in past few years and EU started to do same things :/

This is where Germany are going with EU regulations :(
They are creating super-country with flag, rules and other bs by saying that we are now Europeans, but before we were not in Europe.

Yup the biggest fail of our government is that our black gold(coal) is wasted because of CO2 regulations and taxes for mining, instead of using our own mineral resources we are importing coal from for example china(!) or russia(!!) pumping our cash to them instead of using our own, and people are still voting for the same thiefs, thats not the democracy thats idiocracy.
