Here are the rough percentages of your chance of obtaining swim bladder, elusive last bone, and shining scales from some of the fresh water fish species.

Methodology
Pretty simple, kept track of the results of 100 butchering attempts in a row for each of the following species of fish. If I get another hundred I will update the percentages.

I will also add more fish as I catch more.

Some people actually enjoy the statistical aspect of the game, wherein you discover how a mechanic works on your own.

This goes to show you how toxic a community this game has now. Yes, the game has problems, no, not every thread has to be about that.

A batch of 100 samples is way too little to say anything meaningful. Try 10k batches at the very least.
