Are neuters allowed in the ladies' room?

The recent new law in Australia, that officially recognizes neuters as a 3d separate gender, raises an interesting question.
Are neuters allowed in the ladies' room? Or the men's room for that matter?
Or will all Australian public places have to redecorate to make a 3d restroom?

Although I must say "I need to use the neuter room" does sound pretty scary.

if people like claeyt get their way then the mentally ill you describe will be able to pick either one they want depending on their mood/fetish that day when normal people of either sex want nothing to do with them.

Why would all eunuchs be mentally ill?

pretty sure we are talking about transvestites, someone that accidentally got their **** blown off or caught in an elevator would still identify as male.

Isn't "neuter" a word for people and animals that got neutered?

Ironically enough it is not. It's a grammatical 'neutral' gender (he-she-it = masculine-feminine-neuter).
I find it both amusing and disturbng, that people use it to refer to humans though

AFAIK people. who claim to be neither male nor female, distinguish themselves among different groups or what not. What happens if one such group declares, that they have nothing to do with another, and demands it's own restroom? Will we end up having dozens of different officialy recognized genders?
Is that what liberalism is fighting for?

Since when are people not "allowed" in toilets ? It's only not "socially" acceptable to go in the other gender's room. But honestly, it's stupid, so who cares actually :)

PS : anyway they'd have a better time in men's room since lady's rooms are full of bloody stuff in the trash bins, it stinks and it's disgusting.

sorry but i am pretty sure nobody wants their ten year old son taking a piss with a transvestite lunatic peering over his ***** shoulder, or even worse their daughter being around grown men that want to be girls.

if you do not see the problem then you are truly a claeyt.

I think the Australian neuter is a neuter in the broadest sense of the word. The judge ruled that "the term sex is not binary, it is not only male or female".
Apparently Darworth is right, and it does include transvestites, although personally I find that weird. But then, it's Australia and Darworth. Both are weird. I guess it only applies to transvestites who after a sex operation, discover that the other sex also isn't what they wanted.

When I first read it, I though it would apply to, for example, people born with XXY chromosomes (Klinefelter syndrome), eunuchs, people who had their penis and balls eaten by german cannibals, or the even more rare case of people born with both a penis as well as a vagina (hermaphrodites).
