Blood, gore and fun

This topic was born from my post in I&I section:

It's not a secret that some players enjoy Salem because of it's hardcore, unforgivennes gameplay. Some others like it's complex crafting system, some like it's farming and "happy playing with friends", but they totally miss the point.

So, is there anyone who knowns currently alive MMO games, with blood, gore, violence, cannibalism, heads ripping, flesh shredding and all other such lovely things, what makes old players like me sobbing and feeling like in "Good Ol' Times"?

May be. But better something more... complex. Like SS-13 (but it's session-based).
