Brazier mechanics

Had a little chat with loftar:

[03:56] <%Trojanz> loftar what happens in this situation: we have 2 braziers standing near each other. Criminal is being shot by 2 braziers(dealing 100% dmg). Criminal destroys one brazier. He's now being shot by 1 brazier(dealing 50% dmg)?

[03:56] <%Trojanz> but that still makes us want to spam braziers

[03:57] <@loftar> If they didn't count disabled braziers, there would be all the reason in the world to spam them.

[03:59] <@loftar> If a brazier has no other braziers inside its own range, then it will fire at 100%, Anfros.
