I think stalls are largely fine as they are, but something must be done about inactive stalls.
e.g. in Roanoke, the second stall in the square (the one I don't own

) has been inactive for months (going on almost half a year now). But is still unavailable due to rent in the till.
To give you some idea: if I were to quit completely tomorrow (notwithstanding the incoming wipe), my own stall would have enough rent in it to last well over a year.
I propose some kind of inactivity measure on stalls, after which the silver in till is sent to the bank and the stall is made available for purchase. Then again, 'sploit, 'sploit etc. This has been suggested plenty of times, i guess.

This very big and often. You won't believe the prices i can get for some stuff simply because my stall is the only one accessible from roa square.
