Can't open program?

Hey, been a while since I played. Why are my Ender's client and vanilla Salem client now blank jnlp files? Anyway I can fix this?

You need to have Java installed.

in some cases, jnlp files will not be linked to the correct application. You should open them with javaws.exe in the Java/.../bin/ folder.

Wow lol i fail, didn't realize I had uninstalled Java. But now when I try to open ender's it says "your security settings have blocked a self-signed application form running." How do I change it so that only this program can run?
EDIT: screw it, i just set the settings to Medium

if you have a java icon bottom-right, you can rightclick that and select something like settings.

If you don't, run javacpl.exe and set security settings to "medium".
