We can conclude that Binks is angry at the chief. Wich means that Chief did something negative towards Binks. Then if Binks votes for a wipe that means that he has nothing to loose anymore, and would probably like to start over. Therefore i think we can conclude that his 1000 bile character is probably dead.

Why Chief would have killed him or ordered it we can only speculate, probably disobediance or boredom. But that's what you get from letting your guard down around murderous phsychopaths with no moral compass

Ah and by the way. What's said above can be complete ***** .. probably is too. We need someone to tell us the real story.
