50 shades of mushroom pie http://forum.salemthegame.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=7041 and
Mighty (Humble) meat pie http://forum.salemthegame.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=7073

I made a table for cabbage crush salad. Each recipe takes 4 leaves of white cabbage, 1 corn seed (pressed into oil), 1 any garlic, and 1 bellpepper.

With garlic bulbs we get some decent phlem food, and with garlic cloves it's not bad for blood, especially if you use blue corn. For some reason the T2 blue corn is better than the T3 golden corn. Using wild garlic is pointless.

These can also be found using matrix multiplication as DarkNacht showed us http://forum.salemthegame.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=7410&p=93308

Thank you! Super, super helpful. Would love to see more tables like this, looking up values and calculating matrices is very time consuming  (and so is posting tables, thanks!)
