I'll start. My question is, how come everyone loves Ellie MORE than Joel? I personally find him more interesting as a character, and he has THE BIGGEST character change in the game; going from a ruthless smuggler, a former hunter that will ***** up anybody for his needs without any morale, to a caring "father" that actually will do anything to save Ellie.

Yeah, kinda sad because she is only 14. Proves the point that most of those players are screaming 12 year olds.

I didn't play the game i only watched all the cut scenes. Joel was a boring ***** character. He is your typical marry sue/larry lue. I've seen better characters in fan fiction. The guy is a scum bag/survivor who magically turns into someone with a heart because he replaced his daughter. I thought the ending was just terrible and only happened because they knew they made a good game and will milk it out with sequels.

That's the problem. Even if you watched all the cut scenes, you should know SOME of Joel's traits. Then again, everybody has their opinion. I myself think that a lot of people that don't play the game like Ellie. Once you've played the game and understood the ending, Joel is usually your fav. Also, the ending made perfect sense and it was a pretty good ending. ND said that they are most like not going to make a sequel, because their story has been told.

How does it make me a pervert that I know her age? I am pretty sure, before the game came out everybody used to reffer to her as "A 14 year old kid". Also, she says her age in the game
